Muay Thai College Europe warning anyone from using, without authorization, of the material, images and logos contained on its website.
- The use of logos shown above is exclusive and preserved competence of the College, its governing bodies and its teaching facilities, administrative and service, which are required to use them in relation to their institutional activities.
- Permission to use of such logos for invitations, posters and other materials related to activities organized by the College in collaboration with other public or private institutions, provided that connected with institutional objectives, is granted by the Director. The Director may authorize the use of the logo also in relation to activities, acts or works not managed directly by the College, but to whom the College participates in a decisive manner by means of its facilities, which competes formulate the request.
- The College may also use your own logo or in collaboration with others, or grant them temporary use to a third party, to mark goods and objects to be distributed for commercial purposes. The relevant cooperation agreements and / or to give them to third parties are approved by the Executive Board.
- Any use for advertising purposes by third parties of the name of the College and individual assets or individual assets, with or without the parallel use of the same logo, may be allowed by the Board in accordance with the rules laid down by specific rules, approved by the Board, which provides the types and extent of their compensation to the advantage of the College's budget. The grant is however only deliberate on the condition that none resulting harm to the good name and image of the College.
- Rests solely with the use of the College, for particular reasons, on its previous logos, as formalized in the previously applicable regulations.
